6 Month Warranty

Your satisfaction is our priority. Preciously Polished Jewelry comes with a limited 6-month warranty against color fading and loss of gemstones. However, the warranty does not cover any other issues such as incorrect sizing, scratches, damage, or misuse.

Items in the Warehouse Sale Collection, and items in the Fashion Jewelry Collection are not included in the warranty policy.

Return + Exchange Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery so you can find your perfect piece.

  • Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
  • One exchange per order.
  • If the exchanged item is lower in value, the difference is issued as store credit.
