Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- Standard and priority shipping orders: Processed within 2-5 business days after your order confirmation email is received. (Excludes weekends and holidays)
- Overnight shipping orders: Processed within 1 business day.
- Pre-orders and custom orders: Shipped within 3 weeks of the purchase date. The shipping speed will remain the same based on the shipping option selected at checkout, but the processing time will be 3 weeks.
- All items in The Consciously Lisa Collection are for pre-order and will abide by the pre-order shipping policy.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping (US):
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all U.S. orders over $30, excluding Warehouse Sale items. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (not including processing time) via USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable carrier.
- Standard Shipping (Orders $30 & Under): Flat rate of $4 USD. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (not including processing time).
- USPS Priority Mail: Flat rate of $5 USD. Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days (not including processing time) via USPS Priority Mail.
- Overnight Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Orders usually arrive the next business day.
International Shipping:
Rates vary depending on destination and carrier. Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout to view rates.
Delivery Timeframes:
The above timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance (contact information provided in your shipping confirmation email).
