Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Preciously Polished Jewelry. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on our website are final sale. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment under any circumstances.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy (Store Credit Only)

While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused (even brief wear is not eligible)
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free of makeup, lotion, perfume, smoke, or any personal odors
  • Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear
  • Exchange request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Replacement item must be in stock

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Exchange Value & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are processed based on the item’s original purchase value
  • If the exchanged item is equal in value, the exchange will be processed evenly
  • If the exchanged item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit
  • Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping of the original item
  • Shipping costs for the exchanged item

How to Request an Exchange

All exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without an approved request may be denied.

Final Sale & Exchange Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked final sale
  • Jewelry purchased during promotional events, including but not limited to:
    • Warehouse Sale
    • Sample Sale
    • Two-Day $22 Sale
    • $25 Friday Sale
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the policy requirements outlined above.

Limited Warranty Policy

Our jewelry comes with a limited 6-month warranty against color fading and loss of gemstones. This warranty does not cover any other issues, such as incorrect sizing, scratches, damage, or misuse.

To make a warranty claim:

Please contact us at orders@preciouslypolished.com or by using the chat feature. We will ask you to provide photos and a brief description of the problem.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item with a new one of the same style.

Please note:

  • The 6-month warranty coverage begins on the date your item has been shipped.
  • Shipping costs for warranty replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items in the Fashion Jewelry Collection and Warehouse Sale are not covered by this warranty.

We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim that we deem to be due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or other factors outside of our control.
