1. Are the products in your newest collections waterproof, sweat-proof, tarnish-proof, and hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of the products in our newest collections are tested to be waterproof, sweat-proof, tarnish-proof, and hypoallergenic. You can wear them with confidence knowing that they are durable and safe for your skin.

2. What if the style does not fit when it arrives?

We offer a limited exchange policy for incorrect ring sizing, and extenders for incorrect bracelet sizing. Please view the Exchange Policy below.

3.What is your return policy?

All jewelry purchases made on our website are final sale. This means that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any purchase. We carefully inspect every piece before shipment to ensure quality and condition.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We offer a limited exchange policy for the same style in a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact. The desired size for exchange must be available in stock, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost of the original item and the shipping cost for the exchanged item.

Items marked "Final Sale" or from the warehouse sale/sample sale are not eligible for exchange.

5. What is your warranty policy?

Our jewelry comes with a limited 6-month warranty against color fading and loss of gemstones. However, the warranty does not cover any other issues such as incorrect sizing, scratches, damage, or misuse. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with photos and a brief description of the problem. If your claim is approved, we will replace the item with a new one of the same style. Please note that the warranty coverage begins on the date your item has been shipped, and shipping costs for warranty replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

Items in the Warehouse Sale collection are not included in the warranty policy.

6. What is your shipping policy?

All standard and priority shipping orders are processed within 2-5 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Orders with overnight shipping are processed within 1 business day. We offer free standard shipping on all US domestic orders (excluding warehouse sale items), which will arrive within 3-7 business days (not including processing time) via USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable carrier. We also offer USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5 USD, with delivery within 2-3 business days (not including processing time). International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that the above timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
