Exchange Request
Please view the Exchange Policy here. If you would like to request an exchange for a different size of the same style, please include the following information in your contact form:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Name of the item you would like to exchange
- Desired size for the exchange
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and receive the new size.
Warranty Claim
Please view the Limited Warranty Policy here. If you need to make a warranty claim for color fading or loss of gemstones, please include the following information in your contact form:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Name of the item with the warranty issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
- Brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we will notify you if it is approved. If approved, we will replace the item with a new one of the same style.
