🕒 When Will My Subscription Start?

To make sure your jewelry is perfectly curated and nothing goes to waste, we prep each box based on actual subscriber orders.

All renewals are processed on the 1st of each month.
If you subscribe on or before the 7th, your first box will ship this month.
If you subscribe after the 7th, your first box will ship the following month.

This gives us time to thoughtfully curate each set—so your pieces never feel rushed.

💡 Example:

  • Subscribe on July 2 → Your first box ships in July

  • Subscribe on July 10 → Your first box ships in August

Care Instructions

The Luxe Waterproof Collection:

  • gently clean your piece(s)with a microfiber cloth once a month
  • store in a cool, dry place like a pouch or case when not wearing
  • to enjoy your pieces longer, avoid harsh chemicals, humidity, alcohol, oils, and showers
  • take occasional breaks from wearing your pieces

The Consciously Lisa Collection:

6 Month Warranty

Your satisfaction is our priority. Preciously Polished Jewelry comes with a limited 6-month warranty against color fading and loss of gemstones. However, the warranty does not cover any other issues such as incorrect sizing, scratches, damage, or misuse.

Items in the Warehouse Sale Collection are not included in the warranty policy.

Return + Exchange Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery so you can find your perfect piece.

  • Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
  • One exchange per order.
  • If the exchanged item is lower in value, the difference is issued as store credit.
