1. Are the products in your Luxe Jewelry Collection waterproof, sweat-proof, tarnish-proof, and hypoallergenic?

Yes. All products in our Luxe Jewelry Collection are waterproof, sweat-proof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic. They are designed for everyday wear and are safe for sensitive skin.

2. Are the products in the Fashion Jewelry Collection waterproof or covered by warranty?

No. Items in our Fashion Jewelry Collection are not waterproof and may tarnish over time. These items are also not covered by our warranty policy.

3. What are the product details for the Consciously Lisa Collection?

The Consciously Lisa Collection features waterproof, hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and sweat-proof pieces. Items in this collection are available for preorder and ship within 3 weeks of the order date.

4. What if my jewelry does not fit when it arrives?

We offer exchanges for sizing issues only, when eligible.

  • Ring exchanges are available for incorrect sizing
  • Bracelet extenders may be available for bracelet sizing concerns

5. What is your return policy?

All purchases made on our website are final sale. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges only, subject to eligibility requirements.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Items must be free of makeup, lotion, perfume, smoke, or personal odors
  • Items must be free of damage or signs of wear
  • Replacement items must be in stock

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If the exchanged item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

7. How do I request an exchange?

All exchange requests must be submitted through our self-serve Returns Portal.

Follow the step-by-step instructions to submit your exchange request. Items sent back without an approved request may be denied.

8. Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?

Yes. The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked final sale
  • Jewelry purchased during promotional events, including:
    • Warehouse Sale
    • Sample Sale
    • Two-Day $22 Sale
    • $25 Friday Sale
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care

9. What is your warranty policy?

Our Luxe Jewelry Collection includes a limited 6-month warranty against color fading and loss of gemstones.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Scratches or general wear
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

If approved, warranty claims are replaced with the same style. Warranty coverage begins on the ship date, and shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

Items in the Warehouse Sale and Fashion Jewelry Collection are not covered by warranty.

10. What is your shipping policy?

Standard and priority orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Overnight orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Free standard US shipping on orders over $30 (excluding warehouse sale items)
  • USPS Ground Advantage or comparable carrier (3–7 business days after processing)
  • USPS Priority Mail available for a $5 flat rate (2–3 business days after processing)
  • International shipping rates vary by destination

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
